The drive's improved pick up head and newly developed digital signal processor give users the fastest access to the many games, multimedia and education titles now available on DVD. The SD-M1212 also provides transfer rates six times that of first generation DVD-ROM drives, released just three years ago and 32 times speed maximum playback for CD-ROM.
